I don't think you can change that limit - but users should be able to login
using the UPN so you could really put whatever you like in the Pre windows
2000 login name (sAMAccountName) so just change the last part to a number
that you increase whenever two users match. Just make sure all software you
use behaves correctly when using UPN logon.
