Your DC has passed the tombstone lifetime period of 60 days which is why you
are getting all these errors. Although it is possible to change the
tombstone lifetime, if I were you I would just scrap that DC, run a metadata
cleanup (as per kb 216498) to remove the old DC from AD and then rebuild the
DC from scratch. It sounds like a lot of work but I would rather do that
than fiddle about with the tombstone lifetime, although you may prefer to do
it that way.
