Thanks Tim,
I took your advise and enabled USERENV, I'm sure its a useful tool for
someone who knows what their doing, but I'm afraid I'm struggling to make
head or tail of it.:)

I'd appreciate it if you could have a look at it, I've uploaded the log txt
file to a web page.

>From what I can make of it, the profile isnt being propogated back to the
"Profiles" share on the server when the user logs off.
If this is the case then when the user logs back on, the most recent profile
(which would be the one stored locally on the client machine) would be loaded.

Also the log file says something about the "Profile" share being mapped as
drive F, is this normal??, it sounds a bit strange to me.
Anyway, if you could take a look at it, that would be a great help.
