It is confusing reading your post, to know what exactly is happening.
As I understand you have only 1 AD, running on win 2000, & win 2003 is
runing
web services and is not an AD. Also the NAT is running on win 2000. Is this
correct?
It appears that you have multiple problems / issues, so before commenting on
some specific errors you got, please inform us following details so that we
can help you.
1. What is your registered public domain name?
2. What is your internal AD Domain name?
3. Are all the servers and clients pointing ther DNS server (tcp/ip
properties) to Win 2000 AD private IP address or not?
If not, then you should do this first.
4.Do you have only 1 DNS server (on 2000) or more? If yes which one?
5.Post results of ipconfig /all from win 2000 server, win 2003 server and
one of the clients.
