Domain Controller wont see itself

I cxan't get to my SYSVOL share, or any other share on a 2k3 domain
controller/DNS server/WINS server. I can do an NSLOOKUP and it on the domain
and it will return the correct IP.
Also, my event log is flooded with Event ID 1030 & 1058 messages. I've
tried to manage group policy but I get an error than no domain controller can
be found
When I run DCDIAG, all tests pass.
When I run NETDIAG, the DC LIST test fails, saying "Failed to enumerate DCs
by using the browser. [ERROR_BAD_NETPATH]".

I am not running any firewall software. This is the only DC in the domain.
