Thanks Paul.

This PC used to working when I logged on as local administrator -
administrator (this computer).
When I turned on the machine, it showed "Windows is starting up......" and
this would take around 5 mins.
Next, it appears "Preparing network connections....", this takes longer time
about 10 mins.
Finally, it comes up "Applying computer settings...."
Our domain account is also named "administrator" (domain).
I tried both local admin and domain admin logins. It's still not working at
all.
Any other ways to check the local Users & Groups on this computer?
