There must be a w2k version on w2k server CD. Perhaps there's one in w2k
resource kit?
Don't you have an XP machine or laptop that is connected to your network?
You don't need to run ldifde on the DC. All you need is network access to
the DC. It does not even have to be joined to the domain.
