second : my post is not absolutely related to another post also is have
perhaps the same problem.
I try to search the post "Can I force ADAM to listen on certain NICs in a
multihomed server" but hot found :-(
However also i thinks about dnshostname solution but the phrase of Dmitri
"Hmm. Maybe it won't work" have discouraged
About KCC i not understood how manually configure a link....
However if for you a dnshostame is just solution i try it
