dcpromo a new Win2003 Server to a Exist Win2003 AD

 We just upgarde a WinNT 4.0 PDC to Windows 2003 AD, its
successful, our windows 2003 DC is a windows 2003
enterpris server. At the same time we installed a new
Windows 2003 standard edition server and add it to the
windows 2003 AD,it's also successful. Now we want to let
the new Server upgarde to a DC, so dcrpomo it.
But it's fail. we encounter the following error:

for domain shexp.com.cn:

The query was for the SRV record for
_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.shexp.com.cn

The following domain controllers were identified by the

svrddmlnt.shexp.com.cn

Common causes of this error include:

- Host (A) records that map the name of the domain
controller to its IP addresses are missing or contain
incorrect addresses.

- Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected
to the network or are not running.

 But in fact, we can ping the svrddmlnt and the respond is
correct. we nslookup it the respond also successful.

We don't know the reason why!!!!!!
