Perhaps the change was made on DC1 and you logged onto DC2 before they'd
replicated??

Ok, thats fine thats just the way windows works. What
about yeasterday when I added a user to the admin group
and I logged them out back in and tried to do something
admins can do like change computer name and it was still
greyed out. kept waiting logged out and logged back in and
it changed.
