Hello

We have recently setup a ras router to radius/ISA solution, and now all of our users are having to enter the netbios domain(which differes from out DNS namespace) in front of their usernames in order to log on...

domain\username

Is there a way to tell the ISA to have a default domain name or a way to tell it to always auth of the same domain so our users dont have to enter the domain\username format and just enter their username alone?

I know its just a matter of typing in more for the user, but in our enviroment its a training problem, if we can solve it with a technical fix that would be great.

thank you for any feedback.
