Help!! About smartcard Logon

    Hello all,
      In my company,we use smartcard to logon our computer to our Domain.
      Three days ago, Marry's card is lost.So she couldn't logon on her machine.
      Since I am the Domain Administrator,I delete her Domain User and revoke
    her certificate from CA.And then,I enrolled a new card for Marry with the
    same Domain User Name.
      After ten hours latter,Marry found her old card at home!!
      But the strange thing comes up now,two card was both valid!!They all could
    logon our Domain with Marry's account!!
      Who can tell me why? thanks in advance :)

    BTW:
      I've asked microsoft's tel supports who says that the client has a buffer
    of logon info in the case of the domain controller was not available. The
    default policy value is 10 times.Is this the point?And what should we do
    now?
