    Cheers for the response Simon.

When you say add IE to the start up menu - do u mean through AD - i
know how to do this for each individual pc but what i want to do is do
this through AD so I can take it out easily if i need to. If u do
mean through AD - where exactly do u find the start up menu - if u
could give me directions i would appreciate it very much.

I was going to use a login script but would much prefer to try and
move everythign to simple AD, if at all possible.

    Thanks for all help.
