Roaming Profiles

We are just getting ready to put our new server on line.
We are using roaming profiles for approximately 160
employees that for the most part work at different
workstations everyday. Is this the best choice? I have
heard some negative talk about roaming profiles.

Thank you for any advice you can give on this matter.
