Well the first thing to realise is that browsing has nothing to do with
either AD or DNS. It is an NT legacy system and is driven by the computer
browser service and uses Netbios names.
Your browstat output indicates that the server is multihomed, and this
has always been a no-no for browsing. If your server is a remote access
server, it becomes multihomed as soon as the first remote client connects.
