Hello Mugen,
you really should talk to your Microsoft Salesperson - they are able to
give you the number and especially the pricing for your contract.
In General you need a server licence for every server, and a CAL for
every client who's accessing services on the Windows Servers. And
you'll need a Client OS Licence for every client with that OS as well.
As far as the MAC Clients and servers are concerned, I'd assume that
you'll need a CAL if they authenticate against Active Directory or use
services on the Windows Servers, like printing via them or accessing
files.
There is a solution for MACs how to authenticate agains AD out there,
should be available from the Apple site, but read it carefully and make
sure that's what you'd like to use, IIRC this is pretty unsecure since
it requires storing Domain Administrator credentials locally. I believe
we'll see a better solution coming soon.
