It needs to be run in advance, it doesn't happen automatically like with the
Exchange 2000 equivalent. The dcpromo process that promotes Windows 2003
member servers to DC's will be expecting adprep and domainprep to have been
run already, if they have not it will just fail, there is no function to
call these other processes.
