I am just going to put this out there, the company I work for makes a
product that does everything you are looking for right out of the box, its
called ScriptLogic.

Not trying to spam the board just putting that out there, I recommend many
3rd party products on these newsgroups that are not part of the company I
work for. If anyone has a problem with this let me know and I will stop. I
am not a sales person just an admin.
