I mean what are you doing when the rpc errors. Are you attempting to force
replication or are you doing some other task? Post the exact errors that
you are receiving. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=CEBF3C7C-7CA5-408F-88B7-F9C79B7306C0&displaylang=en
and download mpsrpt_dirsvc.exe. Run this on your DCs and review the output
for errors. Be sure to look at the dcdiag reports and netdiag reports.
Post the errors here.
