How do I enable write control to CD-RW for a user that do not have an admin
priviledge. It is becoming an annoyance that I have to log out and log back
in as an administrator/power-user to just use the CD-RW, e.g Nero 6
Software.

Perhaps there are permission to change in the local/group policy to enable
certain user to write to a local CD-RW.

PS: I'm using Windows Server 2003.
