Hello Walt, What the Delegation of Control Wizard dose is add your enterys
to the ACL (Security) for the particular Object you have delegated. In
Active Directory Users and Computers, Click View and click Advanced
Features, Right Click the Delegated Object, Click Properties and Click the
Security Tab to view it.
