Time Zone by GPO

Is it possible to force all my clients (2k and XP Pro) on my 2k domain to
have the same timezone? Some clients seem to have changed their timezone
and this is causing problems for them in Outlook.

Rather than trail round them all, it would be good if I could push the
settings via GPO.

Thanks
