We currently have an NT 4 Domain which sits on a 10.1.x.x, 255.255.0.0
subnet range at a remote site.
We have implemented Windows 2003 AD at our other site successfully and now
wish to place a Domain controller at the other remote site, which has the
NT4 Domain.
The NT4 Domain will have no interaction with the Windows 2003 domain in any
way.
The only thing in common will be that the W2K3 AD box will sit on the same
10.1.x.x 255.255.0.0 range at that site.
Do you see any issues with this - i.e setting up sites and services using
the entire 10.1.x.x range or any conflicts between the 2 separate domains
for client machines.
Client machines will log into one of the 2 domains only, not both - legal
reasons
Cheers Ray
