Intersite replication windows 2003

Hi, I 've migrated my domain from NT4.
I used server1, and I installed it in an existing forest. (child domain)
I installed a new server2.
My servers are in a different site from the root domain.
The replication topology authomatically generated point to the first
server (server1).
I have to reinstall this server1. I transfered the roles to server2, but the site link
still points to server1. What have I to change to force pointing to server2?
