Are dashes somehow omited from class names?

Hi,

I'm upgrading our schema extensions to become compliant with the Windows
logo requirements. To do that, I inserted a dash in each class name. So: old
name: companyextension; new name: company-extension.

It looks like this dash is not included when checking for uniqueness of some
name as I get a 'The server is unwilling to process the request' error when
creating a new class in a directory where the old extensions are present.

Does anybody know what name causes the conflict? And whether that attribute
is changeable so that I can change the old names to prevent the conflict? I
have to upgrade existing directories and don't want to rebuild them. I
furthermore like the names and would like to stick with them.

Suggestions are very welcome!
