Simon,
The error message is:

There is a syntax error in the input file
Failed on line 4. The last token starts with 'd'.
0 entries modified successfully
An error has occurred in the program

The generated statements look like follows:
1.line dn: ...
2.line changetype ...
3.line blank or empty string

dn:
CN=PERS_19,OU=ORG1_8,OU=ORG_0001,OU=ORG_0002,CN=Mqwf,CN=Use
rs,DC=fmctluer,DC=boeblingen,DC=de,DC=ibm,DC=com
changetype: delete

dn:
CN=PERS_7,OU=ORG1_4,OU=ORG_0001,OU=ORG_0002,CN=Mqwf,CN=User
s,DC=fmctluer,DC=boeblingen,DC=de,DC=ibm,DC=com
changetype: delete

When I generate a blank in line 3, the error occurs.
When I generate a line with an empty string it works ! I
generate this stuff with our REXX tools. I have never
observed such a problem type before.

Thanks for answering !
