REPLY -- XP slowness logging into an AD domain

Thanks for the replies. I'll check the DNS settings
including the SRV record on the XP workstations as well as
the server. It may be worth re-installing DNS on the
server.

Someone else mentioned they also had this issue and the
local XP profile was corrupt. By creating a new local
profile and a server user account, their problem with slow
logins seemed to be fixed.

Between the above two items this should fix the issue.
I'll be onsite later this week and I'll post the results.
