Hi all!
I have wserver 2003 and AD running in 2000 native mode. In AD I have 2 different OU "nodes", computer_accounts and user_accounts. Under comp_acc there's another OUs, like laptops, workstations etc. and under user_acc there's OUs like students, management_persons etc.
Now I have set 2 different GPs under comp_acc->laptops and user_acc->management, moved my laptop account under comp_acc->laptops and my user account under user_acc->management.
Problems is: when I log into my laptop, only GP under comp_acc->laptops is affecting. I already ran gpresult.exe to check this, I also ran gpupdate to make sure GPs should be loaded. Also I have checked that permissions for both GPs _should_ be ok ( both GP have Domain users->apply group policy checked). GPs set totally different settings and neither is enforced.
Any ideas whats wrong? First of all should I even be able to get GPs from 2 different OUs?
