Hello,

you should make sure that the DC which holds the PDC-Emulator is configured to
receive the time from a reliable timesource or trusts himself. I hope your DC
which holded the roles first was configured that way. Now you need to configure
your second DC the same way, and put the first DC into it's default mode.

Are you able to provide us with the registry-keys of the both DCs? Here's the
keys I like to look at:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\w32time\Parameters
