I agree with Chriss3 on this one, but I can also see a world where you can
get by with one site, no problem at all. Of course, you will be
authenticating from any DC and accessing resources throughout the enterprise
for AD access, but you won't need to muck with sites with this solution.

Go with Sites, unless you don't want to configure them, you plan on changing
locations and subnets.
