Yes, you're absolutely correct. But what if the DC in Site A is not
available for whatever reason? Then, when AD-aware clients perform DNS
lookups for the appropriate SRV records to locate a domain controller,
they will potentially locate a DC in Site B instead of the central
office. THAT is what I'm trying to design a solution to address.
