You will not be able to logon in most cases and Universal groups will most
likely fail in most cases. The real question is whether or not you have 2000
or 2003 and are using Universal group caching.

Regardless, just go to Active Directory Sites and Services and configure
another DC to be a GC and you are good. Better make at least two a GC, so
you don't have this issue again.
