Thanks, I'll try GPMC as soon as possible.

Please, another question :

I set the folder redirection policy on an OU. But this
folder redirection apply only for accounts with
administrator right, not for simple user accounts. (The
rights on my OU is correct : several else policy in the
same OU has been succesfuly applied for simple user accounts).

So what is the problem ? How to make my folder redirection
policy apply for simple user account ?
