Chris,

Sorry, one more thing... you need to go into the Domain Controller Security
Policy and the Domain Security Policy (you will find this off of the
Administrative Tools on one of your DCs Start menu).

Once in the policy (check both), go to this location:

Security Settings|Local Policies|Security Options

Look for the "Prompt user to change password before expiration" setting in
the right pane. If this is set to 30 or so, this is your problem.

Let me know what you get from this.
