If we assume good network connectivity :-) and you have
the ability to create trusts between the domains/forests
then:
The Exchange server will have to exist in 1 of the
forests. You will need to create disabled mailbox
enabled user accounts in that forest for each of the
users in the other 2 forests. On the advanced Exchange
setting tab you will want to grant Associated External
Account access to the security principal in the
appropriate forest. You will also want to look into a
metadata type product. MS has a free version of MIIS
available for this scenario.
