Hi Mark,
if exchange is installed, you have to options:
Option1: uninstall exchange, rename your domain with rendom.exe, reinstall
exchange, rename/adapt all po-boxes to your new domain.
Option2: create a new domain, migrate all users, computers,.. to your new
domain.
