It's possible to modify and customize the OS Chooser module to present or
automate steps. I haven't done it, but the details are online in TechNet.
On the other note - it's not necessary to logon with Admin rights to install
an image. You can apply specific permissions to specific images so that a
lesser admin or user would be able to download an image from the RIS server.
