Back in services

finishes starting, gives an error message:
"The Resource loader failed to find MUI file. Where is the mui file
located & can I copy that file from my Vista 64 Ultimate partition?

ehRecvr & ehstart both are started but errors remain <Failed to read
description. Error code:15100>
this entry is missing from services:
ehSched <failed to read description. Error code 15100>
