MCE TV Tuner Setup is missing

Greetings,
My OTA antenna wasn't getting NBCHD in at all before on Sunday so I
went though the setup where it asks about the tuners and digital tuners
and you download the guide and stuff so I could get to the part when it
goes through your digital channels one at a time to tell you the signal
strength.
Well, my NBC was one red bar so I fiddled with the antenna in my attic
and it could not get it to come in any better. So I unscrewed the cable
from it and attached it to a small new antenna I have and rigged it up
in my garage so it would at least get NBC in. Later I was gonna mount
that new antenna and run through the setup again and make sure I get all
my channels again...
Well the problem now is that I no longer have that option to run
through the setup again. I unscrewed the coax from my computer and
screwed it back in thinking it may think it was new or something but
nothing.. Now when I turn to one of the digital channels it says no
Tuner found or something like that...
Does anybody know how to get that setup option back? It's weird.
