Re: XP MCE version 2002 only 1GB of RAM? Anyone have a capacity ch

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

MCE runs on top of XP Pro 2002 so when you say you are running MC 2002 is that the version that is displayed when within MC you go to settings/general/about MC? If not then you may find that your are already running MC 2005.
How much memory does the BIOS say you have? MC can't use more then the BIOS detects.

I wasn't aware that ay of the other posts had answered my question... I don't
know if you're talkin' about this post in particular because I had a helluva
time getting this to post without erroring out. If you're referring to the
other threads in the different sections, then why don't you explain to me how
this answers my question? I had one person tell me to upgrade to 2005
version, and the only thing I could find referring to an upgrade was the
service packs. So unless you're going to provide me a link to an actual
upgrade, and not a service pack, or a real answer to my question, I would ask
that you just not say anything at all.

Do you ever read any of the replies?

You have asked this three times and gotten answers, read some of those
replies for help.
