This is a Windows Media Center forum, this question is not really related to that. It is more of a general PC question.
First, your Caps Lock key seems to be stuck on, you should have that looked at.
To give any help, we would need some more info -- what do you mean, by changed the PCI to VGA? The two term describe different things, VGA is a monitor resolution (also describe a monitor connector) and PCI is a type of bus on the motherboard.
If you mean, that she changed the video from a separate card to an onboard video, you should have two VGA connectors on the back of the PC (one for the separate video card and one integrated into PC); try plugging the monitor into the other connection and see if you get an image.
If not and you get an image briefly while the PC starts, you need to get into the system BIOS/Setup and change the settings back. Usually, you press the F2 or Del or some other key to do this (you should get a brief message as the system starts).
