If the TitanTV application is the one that came with the card then yes that is what I want you to install and try.
It should also allow you to receive clearQAM HD channels from you cable provider.
Which you may want to do instead of using an antenna connected to the ATSC OTA tuner on your 1600.

Curious, that is why I am frustrated. I AM using the latest tuner drivers
from the ATI website. Do you think I should install the Titan TV application
and try that? I've never used it before so I'm not familiar with how it
works. Thanks for your help again.
