Sorry for the delay. Went out of town for the holiday weekend.

When I try to connect, I get a bunch of system messages regarding the
PnP-X IP Bus Enumerator Service. Like this: "The parent network device
uuid:10000000-0000-0000-0200-001DD8136EF1 was successfully added to
this computer." About two minutes later, I get an error message about
mobsync.exe: "Faulting application mobsync.exe, version
6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x47918e41, faulting module ntdll.dll,
version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791a7a6, exception code
0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000b015d, process id 0x970, application
start time 0x01c8e10641761450."
