When running the Guide TV Setup again, I first get a Download Failure
error that says "The download of new options could not be completed.
The existing TV setup options will be used as you continue through TV
signal setup." and then later I receive "Download Incomplete. Details:
Unknown discovery service error. Code: 14"

This is with Windows Firewall disabled. I have no other firewall
application besides Windows Firewall and Windows Defender.

Is there a way to change what guide service I download from? Currently
it is set to Zap2it.
