Security Update for Windows XP (KB945553) causes Shoutcast server

will not alow me to use shout cast DNS to send stream to relay. is there a
work around? have uninstalled and can't install it I am a web DJ that needs
to run shout cast DNS.

but like to keep all the updates current, is anyone else having any issues
with this Security Update for Windows XP (KB945553)
