Try the 6200 card and download the new 174.74 Beta drivers from the Nvidia Website along with the control center user guide.
174.74 has the ability to use custom resolutions or custom timings to shrink(underscan) the output from the graphics card.

Well if you have some suggestions for NVIDIA cards, I have my 6200 pci-e card
sitting right here, I'll pop it in and mess around w/ the Control Panel
options if you think it would solve the issue. Thanks for all your support so

only doing it between your desktop and your graphics card input and not from
any sources to the graphics card to the graphics card output.
