Re: DLL Access Denied Error

Either uncheck them, or run Regedit from an Adminstrator level user account and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the entry in question. If you want, you can right click the Run sub-key and select Export to make a copy of that sub-key before you delete anything. After you delete it, hit the F5 key and see if it comes back. Many malware programs will monitor the startup entry and replace it if it gets deleted.

Some more information -

I just went in through msconfig into the startup tab and here is what I found:
There are entries for each one of these .dll files
Task = oiqfvsmg
Command = Rundll32.exe "C:\Windows\system32\oiqfvsmg.dll",b
Location = HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version

This is the same for the vdtyrlie task.

The startup for BOTH User id's contain this and BOTH User Id's are marked as
Administrators. Only one User ID is getting the error.

Any idea if it is safe to just uncheck these and remove them from the
startup list?

Also, if I'm posting this to the wrong group, can you point me in the right
direction?

Thanks,
TargaZ

No idea,but one thing is sure that these two dll files are not
associated with OS.
I shall suggest you to scan your system with latest version of anti
Spyware tool.Scan it in Safe mode.
