DLL Access Denied Error

I'm getting two pop-up windows on login that say Access Denied to the
following two .dll files: vdtyrlie.dll and oiqfvsmg.dll. It only happens on
one of my user id's that I have. The other user id does not get this error.
I don't have anything in my startup folder so I'm not sure what is trying to
load. I searched on google and microsoft for these .dll names and I don't
get any results.

Does anyone know what these dll files are for and how I can get rid of these
messages when I log in?

Thanks,
TargaZ
