Problem: Can't block channels. Even if I hide a channel in the guide, I can
still access it directly using the remote. This means if I fat-finger the
channel I can end up on one not supported by my STB subscription, therefore
ending up on a menu that I can't get out of becuase.... MCE won't transmit my
already mapped "OK" signal to the STB. Solution: Add the ability to truely
block a channel, so it donesn't appear in the guide and can't be accessed
directly from the remote.
