Can anyone help???

When eva a try to watch a movie using my Media center program, it always
stops 3-5 mins into the movie with an error message asking to go get the
solution to the problem from the internet and restart. but the same thing
happens all even after i accept that is debugs.

Anybody with a simillar situation??

any help??
